Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav performed Shastra Puja at the CM's residence on Vijayadashami festival, a symbol of victory of Dharma over Adharma. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav put on traditional clothes of dhoti kurta and worshipped Shakti Swaroopa Maa Kali with Vedic rituals. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav performed Shastra Puja at the CM's residence as a symbol of strength, courage and victory. All the staff including Chief Minister's security officer and employees became a part of Shastra Puja. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Shastra Puja on Vijayadashami has important cultural and religious significance, which is associated with Hindu Sanatan tradition. It makes a person aware of his duties and inspires him to fight against Adharma.
