Brussels, Dec 3 (Reporter) Belgian diplomat Bernard Quintin said that he was sworn in on Monday as Belgium's new foreign minister. "This is a great honor for me. I have been working at the Belgian Foreign Ministry for 23 years, defending the interests of Belgians and Europeans," Quintin said at a press conference on Monday.
