Patna, Mar 24 (Reporter) The issues of the law and order situation and construction of boundary walls around cemeteries echoed in Bihar assembly where the opposition created bedlam and entered into the well of the house twice during the pre-lunch sitting. As soon as the house assembled for the day on Monday, the CPIML members tried to draw the attention of the house towards the murder of a doctor in the state capital and accused the Bihar government of failing to control crime-created noise. The Speaker Nand Kishor Yadav asked them to raise the issue at an appropriate time and took up the question hour proceedings. Insisting the speaker to take cognizance of the law and order situation they trooped to the well and shouted slogans against the state government. The RJD members also created noise on the issue in support of the CPIML members. The question hour proceeding continued amid the noise. The speaker repeatedly requested the members to resume their seats and assured them to allow them to speak on the issue after question hour but the members, describing the crime as of serious nature continued to shout slogans at the top of the voice. Following repeated requests from the speaker, they resumed their seats. The Speaker tried to bring the house in order but the pandemonium continued. However, the members resumed their seats following requests made by the Speaker. Replying to the query, the Minister said that there is a committee in the chairmanship of District Magistrate and SP which looks into the sensitivity of the graveyards.
