Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Simhastha-2028 should be an unforgettable experience for devotees, with meticulous planning in key areas such as traffic, parking, bathing arrangements, crowd management, accommodation, clean drinking water, food, medical facilities and waste management. He stressed the importance of utilizing the latest technologies, including information technology and artificial intelligence, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these arrangements. Dr. Yadav was addressing a meeting at Samatva Bhawan at the Chief Minister’s official residence on Wednesday, where discussions were held on the potential use of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, for the management of Simhastha-2028. During the meeting, Satish Mehta from the IIT Alumni Council proposed a transportation plan for devotees using solar-powered golf carts, electric mini-buses, and 9-meter-long buses operated through artificial intelligence. As per the proposal, these transportation facilities would be available for devotees traveling to Ujjain from Dewas, Indore, and Omkareshwar. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav directed that this system be implemented on a trial basis as a pilot project in urban areas. The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Shri Mohammad Suleman, and other senior officials.
