Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reaffirmed the state's commitment to women's empowerment under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The provision of 50 percent reservation for women will be upheld, ensuring their strong leadership in various fields such as the Lok Sabha, Assembly, Panchayats, and local bodies. On August 10, an additional Rs 250 will be transferred to the accounts of Ladli Behnas, supplementing the existing Rs 1250. Additionally, the village of Semlichacha in the Shujalpur sub-division will now be renamed Semlidham, honoring its cultural heritage.
