Jammu, Feb 23 (Reporter) Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee President Tariq Hameed Karra on Sunday asked the BJP to explain whether the commitment to restore statehood of the present Union Territory was another "Jumla" of the Narendra Modi government.
