Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was warmly welcomed and felicitated by the Mantralaya staff on Tuesday at the Secretariat premises. As a token of respect, the Mantralaya family presented him with a silver replica of a lotus flower.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed his gratitude to the Mantralaya staff and said that all state employees are worthy of respect and appreciation. It is due to their dedication and collective hard work that Madhya Pradesh is today recognized as a leading state in the country. He described state employees as true “Karma Yogis” — the backbone of the state’s governance and administrative system.

Dr. Yadav assured that if employees continue to perform their duties with sincerity and diligence, the government will take full care of their interests and entitlements. He stated that the government is actively working to fill all vacant posts in a phased manner, and they will be filled soon. On the issue of promotions, the Chief Minister said that discussions are being held with all concerned parties and the government is taking all necessary steps with seriousness to resolve the matter positively and grant promotions to eligible employees shortly.

He further added that the government intends to provide insurance coverage for all state employees. The vision is for every state employee to own a house, and the government wants to assist employees in educating their children. The Chief Minister emphasized that the talents and capabilities of every employee and officer will be fully utilized for the betterment of the state. State employees are an integral part of the governance system, and the government will leave no stone unturned in advancing their welfare.
