New Delhi, May 21 (Reporter) Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar will visit Iran on Wednesday to attend the official ceremony to pay condolences on the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and other Iranian officials in a helicopter crash. The Ministry of External Affairs said that President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have conveyed their condolences to the government and people of Iran on the tragic death of President Raisi and the others. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar visited the Iranian Embassy in New Delhi today to convey India’s condolences on the tragic loss.
