Buenos Aires, Dec 31 (Reporter) Venezuela's supreme court imposed a $10 million fine on TikTok due to dangerous challenges circulated on the platform, the VTV broadcaster reported. In late November, the supreme court accepted a lawsuit against the social network following the deaths of three adolescents in the country. The company is reportedly required to pay the fine within 10 days. The court ordered the company to establish a representative office in Venezuela, monitor app operations and enhance user safety. Additionally, the court mandated the creation of a commission involving affected families to assess damages from insufficient content control, the broadcaster reported.
