Washington, Aug 25 (Reporter) Commenting on the peace process for the Russia-Ukraine war, US Vice President JD Vance praised Moscow, stating that the Kremlin has made “significant concessions” in an effort to reach a settlement. While he described the Russians as “flexible” in their approach, he did not rule out imposition of further sanctions.
