Pratapgarh (UP), July 24 (Reporter) Two people accused of gang rape were arrested by the police in an encounter in the Patti area of Pratapgarh here in Uttar Pradesh, a police officer said on Wednesday. Additional Superintendent of Police (East) Durgesh Kumar Singh said that on July 23, Wasim and his three friends raped a 17-year-old girl in the Patti area.
