Congress district president Pankaj Tiwari said on Wednesday that Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi will be on a two-day visit to Rae Bareli. "During this time, he will discuss with Dalit students and will participate in many programs, including the unveiling of Rana Beni Madhav's statue," he said. He said that Rahul will reach Lucknow Airport on Thursday at around 9:30 am and from there he will directly leave for his parliamentary constituency. "From there he will reach a marriage lawn in Bachhrawan at around 10:30 am and meet the workers. After leaving this program at 11:30 am, he will meet Dalit students at Mool Bharti Hostel located near Bargad Square in Rae Bareli city at around 12 noon," he said. Tiwari said that at 1 pm, the MP will interact with women at Sahakari Sangh Limited located in Uttarpara, and after that, at around 2:10 in the afternoon, he will unveil the statue of Rana Beni Madhav in a public meeting at Rana Beni Madhav Smarak Inter College of Jagatpur. It may be noted that Rana Beni Madhav was a brave and valiant king of the Shankarpur state who had taken a stand against the British. After this, Rahul will go to Bhuye Mau Guest House at around 5:30 pm. "Meanwhile, he will conduct a surprise inspection of Unchahar and Sadar assembly," Tiwari said.
