Lucknow, Jan 24 (Reporter) Four persons were killed and seven others seriously injured when their vehicles were hit by a truck in the BBD area of the state capital Lucknow, police sources said here on Friday. Police sources said that the incident took place on Thursday night when 11 people travelling in a car and a van were injured when their vehicles were hit by the truck near the Indira Canal on Kisan Path. "The injured were taken to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital where doctors declared four of them dead," they said. Police sources said that the deceased include Shahjad of Muzaffarnagar district, Kiran Yadav (38), Kundan and Himanshu of Chinhat area. "The injured include Rajan, Tasleem Hussain, Lale Yadav, Intezaar, Sushil, Shahrukh and Shakeel. Their condition is stated to be serious," they said...////...
