Agra (UP), July 7 (Reporter) Four children drowned while taking bath in a pond in Khandauli area of Agra district here in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, police sources said here. Police sources said that seven families of labourers from Kanpur and Auraiya live in tents on Yamuna Expressway interchange. "On Sunday morning three girls Heena, Khushi and Chandani went to take bath in a nearby pond and started drowning," they said. Police sources said that after hearing their cries Nagina, Anuradha, Ragini, Prachi, Sunny and Riya also jumped in the pond to save them. "The police, which reached the spot after being informed by the villagers, somehow pulled them out of the pond with the help of rope," they said.
