Pilibhit, April 11 (Reporter) Five persons, including a couple, were killed when the dumper hit their two motorcycles in Jahanabad area of Pilibhit district in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. Police sources here said that the accident took place when Owaish (32), a resident of Adoli village, along with his Sakra Begum (30), friends Akib (21), Shahib (25) and Arbaz (26) were going to celebrate Eid on two motorcycles. "Near Barat Bhoj village a dumper hit the two motorcycles killing all the five persons on the spot," they said. Station House Officer (SHO) Jahanabad Mukesh Kumar Shukla said that five persons were killed in an accident on Haridwar national highway and the bodies have been sent for postmortem examination.
