Barabanki (UP), Sept 6 (Reporter) Five persons were killed and three others were injured when two cars collided with an e-rickshaw in Buddupur area of Barabanki district here in Uttar Pradesh, police sources said here on Friday. Police sources said that the incident took place late on Thursday night near Inhotapur village where the car hit the e-rickshaw. "After this the car overturned in the ditch. In the meantime another car hit the e-rickshaw due yo which passengers fell on the road," they said. Police sources said that the passengers were mowed down by a truck coming from the opposite direction. "Five persons were killed on the spot and three others were seriously injured who have been admitted to the district hospital," they said.
