Sultanpur (UP), Aug 17 (Reporter) An executive engineer of Jal Nigam was beaten to death in Nagar Kotwali area of Sultanpur district here in Uttar Pradesh, a senior police officer said here on Saturday. Superintendent of Police (SP) Somen Verma said that the body of Jal Nigam's executive engineer Santosh Kumar was found in his rented house in Vishnowapuri on Saturday morning. "The police reached the spot immediately after getting the information," he said. He said that the preliminary investigation has revealed the name of the prime suspect. "Four teams have been constituted to arrest the accused. It has been revealed that the prime suspect is from the department of the deceased.
