Jaunpur (UP), Mar 31 (UP) A 25-year-old manager of a roadside eatery was shot dead by two motorcycle-borne miscreants allegedly over petty issues in Gaura Badshahpur area of Jaunpur district here in Uttar Pradesh, police sources said here on Sunday. Police sources said that Ejaz alias Pappu runs Lucky dhaba near Chorsand village in Jaunpur-Azamgarh highway. "On Saturday night around five to six persons reached the dhaba and attempted to consume liquor. "When the dhaba owner resisted, the miscreants left the spot while issuing threats," they said. Police sources said that around one hour later two-motorcycle borne miscreants reached the spot and shot dhaba manager Mohammad Shahzad. "Shahzad was rushed to the district hospital where doctors declared him dead," they said.
