Bahraich (UP), Oct 2 (Reporter) An 80-year-old woman was attacked and injured by a leopard in Sujauli forest range under Katarniaghat Wildlife Division in Bahraich district here in Uttar Pradesh, forest department sources said here on Wednesday. Sources said that the incident took place in Ayodhya Purwa village where Rahmana was attacked by the leopard late on Tuesday night. "When the family members raised the alarm the leopard went back towards the field. A patrolling team of the forest department reached the spot after getting information and took stock of the situation," they said.
