Chandigarh, May 7 (Reporter) An unidentified plane crashed in Bathinda killing one person and injuring 9 others, sources said on Wednesday. Sources said the plane crashed around past midnight into wheat fields of Akilan Kalan village of the district in which a farm labourer, originally from Charkhi Dadri of Haryana, was killed and nine others sustained injuries. Local authorities remained tight-lipped about the identity of the aircraft and maintained that the defence officials would be able to shed some light. Local police have sealed the area.
