Imphal, May 13 (UNI ) Dr. Madhulika Jonathan, Chief of Field Office, UNICEF for Assam and the Northeastern States, called on the Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday. Accompanied by four officials, Dr. Madhulika briefed the Governor on various initiatives undertaken by UNICEF in the region, including vaccination and immunization efforts for children. The team also highlighted the distribution of educational and sports kits to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) of Manipur. The Governor appreciated their dedicated efforts and encouraged them to continue focusing on their humanitarian work.
