Ukraine says 4 thermal power plants under Russian attack

Kiev, April 27 (Reporter) Four thermal power plants (TPP) of Ukraine's largest private energy company DTEK were hit during overnight missile attacks by Russia, the company said in a press release on Saturday. The air strikes have seriously damaged equipment at the TPPs, according to the DTEK's press service. Energy infrastructure facilities in Ukraine's western Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions and the central Dnipropetrovsk region were under the attacks, the country's Energy Ministry said in a Telegram post.
