Fatehpur, July 26 (Reporter) In a tragic road accident late Friday night near Barkatpur village in the Khaga Kotwali area of Fatehpur district, a high-speed dumper collided with a tractor-trolley carrying pilgrims returning from Mangarh Dham. The impact of the crash led to the immediate death of two individuals and left around 30 others injured. The deceased have been identified as Sapna (17) and Sudhir (40), both residents of Mitthanpur in Fatehpur. Of the injured, 11 are reported to be in critical condition and have been referred to the district hospital for advanced medical care. Upon receiving information about the incident, Khaga Kotwali police arrived at the scene. Station House Officer (SHO) Rajesh Kumar Singh stated that a JCB machine was used to rescue pilgrims trapped in the trolley.
