Bareilly, March 1 (Reporter) Two persons were killed and three others injured when a bus carrying pilgrims collided with a tractor trolley in Bhojipura area of Bareilly district in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday, a police officer said here.
Circle Officer (CO) Nilesh Mishra said that the accident took place on the Nainital Highway. The bus from Bhavnagar, Gujarat was going to Haridwar in Uttarakhand via Ayodhya.
The bus conductor Lallan (28) and Ashish Bhai (30), both residents of Bhavnagar in Gujarat died on the spot," he said.
The CO said that Sunil Bhai (32), Vinod Bhai (35) and Induvati (35) were injured in the incident and have been admitted to the hospital. "The remaining devotees sitting in the bus have been sent to Haridwar in another bus," he said.
Mishra said that after taking bath in Triveni Sangam in Maha Kumbh all the pilgrims performed Jalabhishek at Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi. "After that, they were going to Haridwar after visiting Ram Lalla in Ayodhya when this accident happened on the way," he said...////...
