Istanbul, Dec 24 (Reporter) At least 12 people were killed and another three injured in a blast at an explosives plant in the Turkish province of Balikesir, the possibility of sabotage is ruled out, Ismail Ustaoglu, the province's governor said on Tuesday. Earlier in the day, the governor said that a blast had hit an explosives factory in the Balikesir province, leaving people killed and injured.
