Amaravati/Hyderabad, Nov 17 (Reporter) Saturday’s trough from Comorin area to Southwest Bay of Bengal has become less marked, the Meteorological Centre said on Sunday. In a daily weather report here, it said that thunderstorm accompanied by lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in Rayalaseema during the next 48 hours and in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 24 hours. Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at a few places in Rayalaseema during the next three days and in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next two days. Dry weather is likely to prevail in Telangana and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam during the next seven days, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh from November 18 to 23 and in Rayalaseema from November 19 to 23. Heavy rainfall occurred in Tirupati district of Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours. Rainfall occurred at one or two places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, at a few places in Rayalaseema and dry weather prevailed in Telangana during the same period, the report added...////...
