Tripura launches Saharsh curriculum for Class I-VIII

Agartala, May 8 (Reporter) Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Thursday launched the Saharsh curriculum to provide quality education to children in a joyful environment, instead of textbook dependence, as part of National Education Policy. Saha said Tripura is the first state in northeast to start Saharsh curriculum by NCERT with the help of State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) launched the programme which aimed at keeping children free from the pressure of studies. The CM said, “Raising the children's enthusiasm towards school and studies is one of the goals of the Saharsh. Students will benefit greatly from this. We have never heard of such a curriculum before. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the National Education Policy 2020 to keep students free from pressures related to study...////...
