Madhya Pradesh reaped the benefits of Prime Minister Modi's exceptional global reputation during the recent six-day visit to the UK and Germany, securing investment proposals worth approximately ₹78,000 crore from industrialists and investors. These investments are poised to drive the state’s overall development and create substantial employment opportunities for its techno-savvy youth. Speaking with the media on November 30 at Samatva Bhawan in the Chief Minister’s residence after returning from the foreign tour, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized that the visit aimed not only to attract investments but also to explore key industries, research centers, educational institutions, and cultural hubs to bolster the state’s holistic growth. The goal was to inspire the youth of Madhya Pradesh, foster employment opportunities, and position the state as a global hub for investment, technological collaboration, and cultural exchange. Dr. Yadav further stated that the visit was strategically designed to present Madhya Pradesh as a future-ready state and to promote partnerships across various sectors. A concerted effort was also made to highlight and attract participation in the upcoming Global Investors Summit, scheduled to be held in Bhopal in February 2025. The tour showcased Madhya Pradesh's readiness to embrace global collaborations and set new benchmarks in development.
