New Delhi, May 19 (Reporter) North East Delhi Lok Sabha candidate of Congress, Kanhaiya Kumar on Sunday made a scathing attack on his contender and BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, saying that he has not done any work in last 10 years, and the people this time want a change. Addressing a public meeting in Burari area here, Kumar said that this time there was an alliance of broom and hand in Delhi and due to this adjustment, Congress was contesting this seat. He urged people to vote for the Congress and defeat Manoj Tiwari, as he had failed to address any of their issues. He further said that India is a democratic country and seeing the power of Opposition, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was forced to visit this area Saturday (yesterday) for first time in 10 years. He said that people of Burari have to defeat BJP and bring the INDIA bloc to power so that the Constitution and democracy could be saved. The Congress leader alleged that as BJP candidate has not done any work in his constituency for last 10 years and due to fear of losing election this time, Tiwari had resorted to violence and attacked him through his goons.
