Kadapa, Apr 12 (Reporter) In a tragic incident, three kids drowned in a huge water pit in M. Rachapalli village in Chitwel mandal in Annamayya district in AP. Police said that the deceased boys Chokkaraju Devansh (5), Chokkaraju Vijay (4) and Reddicharla Yashwant (5) were playing at the water pit on the evening of Saturday and later they disappeared. The parents and relatives searched for them the entire night but did not find them. In the morning on Saturday, the bodies of the boys were found floating in the pit which is brimful of water. Police suspect that the boys entered the pit to wash their hands and slipped one after one and drowned. The bodies were fished out from the water pit and shifted to the GGH for postmortem. Since the incident took place in the night nobody noticed it, police said. The police registered a case. A pall of gloom descended on the village with the death of three kids...////...
