Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Monday visited Shri Karah Dham Ashram in Morena and prayed to Anant Shri Gurudev Patia Wale Baba and wished for the happiness and prosperity of the people of the state. He also worshipped at the Gaushala of Shri Karah Dham Ashram. CM Dr. Yadav said that 33 crore gods and goddesses are believed to reside in the Gau-mata. There are more than 7500 Gau-matas in the cowshed of the ashram. Coming to the ashram, one feels that the whole universe is contained here. Assembly Speaker Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Minister Shri Aidal Singh Kansana, Khajuraho MP Shri VD Sharma, Morena-Sheopur MP Shri Shivmangal Singh Tomar, Sabalgarh MLA Smt. Sarla Rawat, former MLA Shri Raghuraj Singh Kansana and other dignitaries were present. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav attended the ongoing Shri Siyapiy Milan Samaroh at Karah Dham Ashram and honoured Sant Shiromani Shri Harigiri Maharaj Ji and Shri Deenbandhu Das Maharaj by presenting them with citations and garlands. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the milk of those cows will be purchased by the government who will rear the cows. He said that a house is desolate without a cow; cow rearing should be promoted in every house. Any person who rears more than 10 cows will be given a subsidy by the government and the government will purchase the milk produced from the cows and give additional subsidy to the cow rearers. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that this year an announcement has been made to buy wheat produce at Rs. 2600 per quintal.
