Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Tuesday inaugurated the "Delivery-waiting room" equipped with ultramodern facilities at Sri Aurobindo University Indore. CM Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the country and Madhya Pradesh are making rapid strides in the field of health services. The concept of promoting medical tourism is gaining traction. The initiative of delivery-waiting room will prove to be helpful in improving health services further. The innovation of delivery-waiting room is a pioneering initiative. The delivery-waiting room will provide the benefit of timely health care to the pregnant women and their families of remote rural areas. He said that this innovative initiative of delivery-waiting room will prove to be a milestone in the field of health services. This effort will be encouraged. He said that the medical service spirit of the Aurobindo Hospital management is exemplary. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav welcomed Dr. Vinod Bhandari's initiative of adopting PHC, CHC centres and assured all possible cooperation from the government. Dr. Bhandari presented a memento to the Chief Minister in the programme.
