Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav highlighted the Indian judiciary’s remarkable global reputation for its bold and fair decisions. He remarked that the true strength of the world’s largest democracy lies in its courts. Citing the historic decision of the Allahabad High Court as a milestone, Dr. Yadav noted that only the Indian judiciary has demonstrated the courage to rule against a sitting Prime Minister. He emphasized that while delivering justice, both merit and morality should be considered. Dr. Yadav made these remarks during a felicitation ceremony organized by the Advocate General in Jabalpur. Speaking at the event, Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Justice Shri Suresh Kumar Kait, expressed his gratitude, stating that he received more respect in Jabalpur during just three months than in his entire career. The ceremony also honored senior advocates, along with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and Chief Justice Shri Kait. The event was attended by various judges, senior advocates, and dignitaries, including Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain.
