Hyderabad, Apr 9 (Reporter) Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy expressed deep shock at the demise of Tamil Nadu Congress Party senior leader and prominent writer Kumari Ananthan (Harikrishnan Nadar Ananthan), father of former Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan. The 93-year-old Ananthan passed away at a private hospital in Chennai on Wednesday due to an age-related illness. In a message here on Wednesday, Revanth Reddy said the passing away of a patriot Ananthan, who revived the principles of Mahatma Gandhi and a lover of the Tamil language, is mournful. The CM recalled that Kumari Ananthan rendered commendable services as the member of Legislative Assembly for 4 times and once as a Member of Parliament.
