Hyderabad, May 16 (Reporter)Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy asked Officials to focus on the modernization of the power supply network. Revanth, who reviewed the Energy sector here, asked the officials to coordinate with HMDA on the energy requirements of radial roads and satellite townships to be built within the Regional Ring Road. Upgrade Substations according to the power demand at the field level, the CM said. The underground power supply network should be set up in the Future City, he said. High tension lines should be removed from there, he said. Smart poles will be set up on an experimental basis within the Greater Hyderabad, and these smart poles will be installed at Secretariat, Necklace Road, and KBR Park on a pilot project, he said. Revanth ordered the Energy authorities to prepare plans for solar power generation on the 160 KM stretch on the Outer Ring Road.
