New Delhi, Jan 2 (Reporter) Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited on Thursday said all formalities regarding the change of name have been completed with effect from January 02, 2024. In a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges, it said in continuation to our earlier intimations dated May 07, 2024, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the company’s name has been changed from “Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited” to “Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited” w.e.f.
