New Delhi, Aug 29 (Reporter) The Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud on Thursday inaugurated an upgraded and larger crèche facility in the Supreme Court premises to support young lawyers and court staff with children. This expanded childcare center is nearly double in size than the previous one. The CJI said the new creche will benefit young lawyers. Earlier the creche encompassed an area of about 200 sqm and could keep 30 children. But now it covers an area of nearly 400 sqm, and is capable of keeping almost 100 kids.
