Lucknow, Apr 21 (Reporter) The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) is launching the Industrial Plot Allotment Scheme to set up a cutting-edge Bulk Drug and Formulations Pharma Park in Lalitpur from Monday, official sources said here. Sources said that the allotment rate for industrial plots has been set at Rs 1,914 per square meter to attract investors. "Besides, a 2 percent rebate will be offered on the total cost to units opting for one-time payment after allotment," they said. Sources said that the Pharma Park is being developed with state-of-the-art infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and global competitiveness. Sources said, "Key features include wide internal roads for seamless movement, dedicated logistics and commercial zones, boundary fencing for enhanced security, storm water drainage systems, an emergency service centre, an advanced waste management system with a 3.53 TPD capacity, a steam distribution network with 75 TPH capacity and a 33/11 kV sub-station ensuring round the clock uninterrupted power supply." Sources said that Lalitpur’s excellent connectivity enhances its appeal as a premier industrial destination. "The application process is fully online and all information, including plot listings, terms and conditions and application forms, is available on UPSIDA's official portals www.niveshmitra.up.nic.in and www.onlineupsida.com. Allotments will be carried out through a transparent and fair procedure." UPSIDA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mayur Maheshwari said, "The Bulk Drug and Formulations Pharma Park in Lalitpur will be a game-changer for UP's pharmaceutical industry.
