Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav affirmed the state government's unwavering commitment to empowering women and ensuring that the benefits of all government schemes reach even the poorest of the poor sisters. In Indian culture, sisters are cherished and revered within families, seen as symbols of good fortune. They have the ability to fulfill family responsibilities with the same love, affection, and values as their parents.The Council of Ministers has decided to celebrate Raksha Bandhan, a festival symbolizing the deep respect and affection for sisters, with great enthusiasm. On August 10, programs will be organized at 25,000 locations across the state, and with a single click, Rs 1,250 and Rs 250 will be directly deposited into the accounts of Ladli Behnas as a special Raksha Bandhan gift. Dr. Yadav assured that no scheme will be discontinued by the state government; rather, all the schemes and programs outlined in the Sankalp Patra will be implemented. The Chief Minister made these remarks while addressing the Rani Durgavati Mahila Sarpanch Sammelan and the Raksha Bandhan program held at his residence.
