Colombo, Oct 5 (Reporter) The Sri Lankan government has declared a temporary recall of all firearms issued by the Ministry of Defence to civilians, media reports said on Saturday. In an official statement, the Ministry directed all license holders to return their firearms and ammunition to the Commercial Explosives’ Storage Facility in Welisara by November 7, the Daily Mirror reported.
