Hyderabad, May 29 (Reporter) The Southwest Monsoon, which set in over Telangana on May 26, has now covered the entire state, the Meteorological Centre said on Thursday. In its daily weather report, the Centre stated that the monsoon activity over Telangana has been normal. Heavy rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places in Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Vikarabad, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, and Jogulamba Gadwal districts during the next 24 hours. Gusty winds, with speeds ranging from 30 to 40 kmph, are likely to occur at isolated places in the state over the next five days. Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely at many places, or a few places, across Telangana during the next seven days. Maximum temperature is expected to remain below normal by 5 to 7 degrees Celsius over the next three days.
