Srinagar, Dec 24 (Reporter) The Sopore Police Martyrs Memorial T-20 knockout cricket tournament kicked off in North Kashmir on Tuesday. Deputy Inspector General of Police north Kashmir, Maqsood ul Zaman, and Superintendent of Police Sopore, Divya D were the chief guests on the occasion. The tournament features 32 participating teams, showcasing their cricketing talent and fostering a spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie among the participants, a statement issued by the police said. The inauguration ceremony set the stage for what promises to be an exciting and competitive tournament.
