Sirsa launches beautification, infrastructure projects in Rajouri Garden

New Delhi, Mar 5 (Reporter) Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Wednesday inaugurated several beautification and infrastructure renovation projects worth over Rs two crore in Rajouri Garden, marking a significant step towards improving the locality’s overall development. Speaking on the occasion, Sirsa said, “We are dedicated to enhancing Delhi’s cleanliness, beauty, and development. Today’s renovation projects will address long-pending demands from residents and substantially improve the local infrastructure." He assured that the pace of development will accelerate in the future across the Rajouri Garden Vidhan Sabha, aiming to further uplift the area, a Delhi government statement said. Local residents expressed their appreciation for the government's focused efforts, which they believe will greatly enhance both the infrastructure and quality of life in the Rajouri Garden constituency. Key infrastructure upgrades also include the installation of new pipelines by the Delhi Jal Board in areas like Hari Mandir Chand Nagar, Guru Nanak Dairy, and Shyam Nagar Extension. These pipelines will ensure a steady supply of clean water and better water pressure, benefiting residents with improved access to essential services. Additional work includes the maintenance of drainage systems at Chaukhandi Chowk Gurudwara and J J Colony Chaukhandi. Renovations and beautification have also been carried at Ganga Ram Vatika Park, with road improvements initiated in several areas, including B Block DDA Colony Chaukhandi, Maddi Wali Gali Number 2 Vishnu Garden, and N Block Vishnu Garden. These initiatives aim to not only resolve waterlogging issues but also enhance the area's aesthetic appeal, contributing to the overall betterment of the locality’s infrastructure...////...
