Mumbai, Jan 2 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Tuesday advanced further by 432 pts at 78,939 in opening session as buying was witnessed in Commodities, Financial services and Health Care stocks. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) rose 127 pts at 23,869. The Sensex registered intra day high at 78, 989.61 and low at 78,542.37 pts. The Nifty registered days high and low at 23,889.60 pts and by 23,751.55 pts respectively. The Mid cap fell 0.06 pc while Small cap rose by 0.19 pc. In 30 scrips, 23 advanced while 7 declined. The gainers were Bajaj Finance by 3.42 pc to Rs 7173.95, Bajaj Finserv by 3.03 pc to Rs 1624.40, Maruti Suzuki by 2.75 pc to Rs 11530 and Kotak Bank by 2.07 pc to Rs 1825. The losers were Sun Pharma by 1.13 pc to Rs 1868.40, NTPC by 0.57 pc to Rs 331.70, Adani Ports by 0.48 pc to Rs 1213.20 and SBI by 0.35 pc to Rs 790.55...////...
