Mumbai, Mar 2 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Saturday gained 60.80 points to close at a peak at 73806.15 in a special trading session. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) moved 39.65 pts at 22,378.40. The Sensex opened on a strong note at 73848.19, rising 103 pts. It was rallied 249 pts at 73994.70, days high, before closing at 73806.15, up 60 pts from its previous close. The NSE registered days high and low at 22,419.55 and 22,369.05 pts respectively. The stocks include Metal, Capital Durable, Realty and Health care stocks boosted the market. The Mid Cap rose 0.67 pc and Small Cap by 0.70 pc. In 30 scrips, 16 advanced, while 14 declined. The gainers were Tata Steel by 3.43 pc to Rs 155.15, Tata Motors by 1.15 pc to Rs 988.40, JSW Steel by 1.03 pc to Rs 844.50and Wipro by 0.67 pc to Rs 522.65. The losers were M& M by 0.59 pc to Rs 1961, NTPC by 0.41 pc to Rs 341.85, Maruti Suzuki by 0.41 pc to Rs 11560 and Sun Pharma by 0.37 pc to Rs 1552.90...////...
