Mumbai, Apr 22 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Monday rallied 578 points to open at 73666.51 as buying was seen across the board. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) rose 102 points to 22,249.90. The NSE registered days as high and low at 22,337.10 and 22,198.15 points, respectively. The Sensex registered intraday highs and lows at 73,337.10 and 73,198.15 points, respectively. The midcap increased by 0.69 per cent, while the small cap decreased by 1.15 per cent. In 30 scrips, 25 advanced while 5 declined. The gainers were Wipro by 2.51 pc to Rs 464.20, Bajaj Finance by 2.07 pc to Rs 7269.95, Ultracemco by 1.80 pc to Rs 9543.50 and L& T by 1.64 pc to Rs 3577.10. The losers were NTPC by 1.54 pc to Rs 345.50, HDFC bank by 0.88 pc to Rs 1517.90, M& M by 0.44 pc to Rs 2073.80 and JSW Steel by 0.4 3 pc to Rs 861.50...////...
