Mumbai, Feb 29 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Thursday gained 195.42 pts to close at 72500.30 on the strength of BSE services, Power commodities stocks. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) move up 31.65 pts at 21982.80. The NSE registered days high and low at 22,060.55 and 21860.65 pts respectively. The Sensex fell 84 pts to open at 72220.57. It was slid 305 pts to 72099.32, days low. Later, it erased earlier losses and closed positive at 72500.30, rising 195.42 pts from its previous close. It was registered days high at 72730, surging 426 pts. The Mid Cap rose 0.84 pc and Small Cap by 0.50 pc. In 30 scrips, 22 advanced while 8 declined. The gainers were IndusInd bank by 1.81 pc to Rs 1471.80, M& M by 1.73 pc to Rs 1933.80, Asian Paints by 1.13 pc to Rs 2825.40 and Nestle India Ltd by 1.12 pc to Rs 2597.90. The losers were Tata Motors by 0.73 pc to Rs 950.80, TCS by 0.59 pc to Rs 4092.15, Bharti Airtel by 0.57 pc to Rs 1122.30 and ITC by 0.51 pc to Rs 406.50...////...
