Mumbai, Mar 21 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Thursday spurted 655 points to 72,757 in the opening session as buying was seen across the board. The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) gained 211.20 points at 22050.30. The Sensex registered intraday highs and lows at 72,763.69 and 72,507.36 points respectively. The Nifty registered intraday highs and lows at 22055.15 and 21,977 points, respectively. The Mid Cap rose 1.73 pc and Small Cap by 1.81 pc. In 30 scrips, 28 advanced while 2 declined. The gainers were Tata Steel by 2.95 pc to Rs 150, NTPC by 2.53 pc to Rs 321.80, IndusInd Bank by 2.62 pc to Rs 1479.35 and JSW Steel by 2.25 pc to Rs 811.85. The losers were Sun Pharma by 0.27 pc to Rs 1548, Nestle India Ltd by 0.05 pc to Rs 2547.50 and Maruti Suzuki by 0.02 pc to Rs 11940...////...
