Mumbai, Oct 9 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Wednesday rallied 320 points to open at 81,954.58 ahead of RBI monetary policy. The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) rose 45.40 pts to 25,098.55. Buying was seen across the board. The Sensex registered intra and high and low at 81,954.50 and 81,692.46 points, respectively. The NSE registered days high and low at 25,109.80 and 25,041.15 points, respectively. The midcap rose 1.12 pc and the small cap by 1.42 pc. In 30 scrips, 21 advanced, 8 declined, and one remained unchanged. The gainers were Tata Motors by 2.47 pc to Rs 942.55, Bajaj Finance by 2.21 pc to Rs 7342.50, Tech Mahindra by 2.07 pc to Rs 1662.15, and Maruti Suzuki by 1.91 pc to Rs 12,775. The losers were Nestle India Ltd by 1.43 pc to Rs 2544.60, ITC by 0.96 pc to Rs 503, HDFC Bank by 0.57 pc to Rs 1641.90, and Kotak Bank by 0.39 pc to Rs 1797.05...////...
