Mumbai, Sep 18 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Wednesday slipped 131.43 pts to settle at 82,948.23 as selling was seen in IT, Oil and Gas, Technology and Health care stocks. The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) eased 41 pts at 25,377.55. High volatility was seen during the session as the Sensex fell 42 pts to open at 83,037.13. It was tumbled down 379 pts at 82,700, days low, before closing 82,948.23, sliding 131.43 pts from its last close. Meanwhile, it was surged 247 pts at 83,326.38, days high. The NSE registered days high and low at 25,482.20 and 24,285.55 pts respectively. The stocks that dragged the market were IT by 3 pc, Technology by 2.43 pc, Health care by 1.23 pc and Oil and Gas by 1.12 pc. The Mid cap fell 0.71pc and Small cap by 0.52 pc. In 30 scrips, 11 advanced while 19 declined. The losers were TCS by 3.46 pc to Rs 4348, Infosys by 3.04 pc to Rs 1893.35, Tech Mahindra by 2.94 pc to Rs 1603 and HCL Technology by 2.77 pc to Rs 1762.55. The gainers were Bajaj finance by 3.36 pc to Rs 7610.90, Bajaj Finserv by 1.93 pc to Rs 1884.10, Nestle India Ltd by 1.61 pc to Rs 2586.80 and HDFC Bank by 1.46 pc to Rs 1693...////...
